Today, I finished up the handout for Thursday’s Evanced training. Perry will be transitioning to the new Signup and Spaces platforms for event scheduling and meeting room reservations. To better understand these systems, I viewed pre-recorded webinars on each platform. The handout (see below) covers both the patron-side and staff-side interfaces. This ensures that staff members will be able to assist patrons when the new systems are rolled out.
