Ann is a public library technology trainer in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. She earned a Bachelors degree in German Language and Literature and International Studies from Earlham College in 2014 and a Masters of Library and Information Science from Kent State University in 2017.
When she isn’t explaining the difference between a browser and a search engine or resetting passwords, she enjoys sewing, reading, and writing. She lives with her husband, two crazy cats (Louis & Pepper), and a very anxious dog (Oscar).
