Today, I worked at the reference desk with Peggy, who is in charge of adult programming. We discussed some of the differences between Perry and my library. I assisted several customers with locating library materials. I began experimenting with Analytics Station after getting the correct login information from Beth. I can certainly see why she’s found it difficult to use in the past! I made some edits to the tally sheet, including adding space for the observing staff member to add their initials. I also typed up instructions for how to conduct the observation study and use the tally sheet. I began developing a handout on how to use Analytics Station and managed to fix the lock on the case containing the summer reading prizes.
