Today, I staffed the reference desk and continued to work on my signage report. I answered several computer questions today, including refreshing pages, working in Publisher, printing, and trying to save a file in an email (we were defeated in this venture by my mortal enemy – the forgotten password). These questions and issues seem to be universal – they are the same questions I answer at Perry and at Heights. While the populations are different, there are still many aspects of technology that are fundamentally unclear to users.
