Today, I began the day by observing a computer class on resume creation. Beth, Brandon, and I discussed the survey results, including a few of my observations about cellphone vs. smartphone and wi-fi hotspots. We also discussed the phone system and issues with transferring calls. At my (much larger) library system, setting up call transferring is managed by our IT staff. In a small library like Perry, one must be a jack-of-all-trades (or at least able to use Google!). I continued to work on the new databases page, including integrating the Ohio Web Library and CLEVNET databases.
